These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of homestead83.com. By placing an order through the site, you agree to the terms below.

Prices and product information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, availability, prices, images, and other information accurate. Prices and availability may change. If an obvious pricing, description, or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.
Wood pellet pricing and cash discount
Hudson Valley Biomass wood pellets are currently listed online at $419.99 per ton. Customers who select Cash on Delivery and pay with cash receive a $20 discount per ton, resulting in a cash merchandise price of $399.99 per ton. The cash discount applies only to actual cash payment. A card or other electronic payment made at delivery does not qualify for the cash discount.
Payment
Online payment options shown at checkout may include credit or debit card, digital wallet, buy-now-pay-later services, or other methods offered through WooPayments. Cash on Delivery is available only where shown at checkout. Payment options may be changed or limited based on product, delivery area, availability, or payment-provider requirements.
Delivery
Delivery is available only to eligible locations shown by the checkout system. Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery zone and order quantity. For wood pellets, qualifying local ZIP codes may receive free delivery, while other eligible areas may be charged a per-ton delivery fee. If checkout does not offer a delivery method for your address, please contact Homestead 83 before ordering.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we specifically confirm otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible delivery location and accurate contact and address information. Conditions such as weather, road access, driveway conditions, equipment access, supply delays, or other circumstances may require a delivery to be rescheduled.
Pre-orders, backorders, and availability
Some products, including seasonal wood pellets, may be sold on pre-order or backorder. A backorder means the item may not be physically available for immediate fulfillment when the order is placed. We will fulfill eligible orders as inventory becomes available and may contact you regarding timing or delivery arrangements.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been fulfilled or delivered. We may contact you if additional information is required or if an item, delivery location, payment method, or other condition prevents us from completing the order as submitted.
Cancellations, refunds, and order changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Homestead 83 as soon as possible at 845-617-2022. Whether an order can be changed, cancelled, or refunded may depend on its status, whether payment has already been processed, whether merchandise has been ordered or allocated, and whether delivery has begun. Any refund due will generally be returned through the original payment method when possible.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, when required, will be calculated according to the product and transaction. Certain products may be exempt from sales tax while other merchandise may be taxable.
Website accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Parts of our website and checkout rely on third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other technology services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Website availability
